RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RP Diagnostic Labs (trading under Vet Pharmacy Online Ltd)
This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out your rights and obligations when purchasing goods from RP Diagnostic Labs trading under Vet Pharmacy Online Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Your Right to Return Goods
If you change your mind or have purchased an item in error, you may return your order within 10 days from the date you received the goods, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unopened

The item is unused
-
The item is returned in its original packaging

The item is in resalable condition

That you have contacted us with in 2 days after recieviing the good by email: donal@postdoc.ie or by calling or texting our contact number +07367366514 advising that your unhappy with your order and you will be returning it to us.

Once you contact us and you need more time to return the goods an accepted time will then be agreed,otherwise our R&D policy applies.
After the 10-day period has elapsed, all sales are deemed final, and your order will be considered fully accepted. No returns or refunds will be issued after this period.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Email us at donal@postdoc.ie with the subject line “Returns”, providing your order number and reason for return.

Send the items to the following return address:
123 Belfast Rd, Newry, Co. Down, Northern Ireland, BT34 1QT
(This address also appears on your shipping label.) -
Ensure the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued if all conditions are satisfied.

Refunds are processed excluding postage charges.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days of inspection.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We do not reimburse return postage unless:

The item is faulty, or
-
We have sent an incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances.
4. Damaged Goods in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.
Minor or Partial Damage
If only part of your order is damaged, we will:

Replace the damaged items, or
-
Provide a credit or refund for the damaged portion only.
Example:
If several tins in a multi-item order are damaged, only those damaged tins will be refunded or replaced.
Whole Order Returns
If you choose to return the entire order, you may do so, but:

The return shipping cost is your responsibility, and
-
A refund will only be provided once the goods have been returned and inspected.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns of:

Any product that has been opened, used, or partially used
-
Goods returned after the 10-day return period
-
Items not in their original packaging
-
Perishable or temperature-sensitive items where storage conditions may have been compromised

Medicines, veterinary products or supplements that have been tampered with or improperly stored
